Flexible 90° Tube Routing for Compact Pneumatic Systems

The SPL, SPL-G and SPLF-G stainless steel push-in fittings are engineered for pneumatic installations where conventional straight connections cannot provide sufficient flexibility. Their 90° elbow structures redirect tubing efficiently while the rotatable body allows the tube direction to be adjusted according to the available installation space.

The three configurations provide different connection solutions. SPL Series uses a male rotatable 90° elbow for direct connection to female threaded ports. SPL-G Series combines the same rotatable male elbow structure with an O-ring to enhance sealing at the threaded connection. SPLF-G Series features a female rotatable 90° elbow for applications requiring connection to male threaded components.

This configuration flexibility makes the fittings particularly useful in compact pneumatic equipment where tubing arrangement and accessibility are important.

Quick Installation and Rotatable Connection Design 

The push-in tube connection allows pneumatic tubing to be installed quickly by inserting the tube directly into the fitting. The rotatable elbow structure can then be positioned to achieve a cleaner tube layout and reduce unnecessary bending or interference between adjacent components.

For installations using the SPL-G Series, the integrated O-ring provides an additional sealing element at the threaded connection. The SPLF-G female version offers an alternative connection arrangement when the equipment side uses a male thread.
